Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your purchase. Every shirt is made-to-order with original designs created just for you. Because of this custom production process, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color preference, or change of mind.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right—at no extra cost to you.

Eligibility for a Replacement or Refund
We will gladly replace your item or issue a refund if:

  • The product arrives damaged or flawed due to a printing error

  • You receive the wrong item, size, or design

  • Your order is lost in transit

How to Request a Replacement or Refund

  • Contact us within 30 days of placing your shirt order at admin@wearabetterworld.com.

  • Include:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos showing the issue (full product photo + close-up of defect)

Once we verify the issue, we will arrange for a free replacement or refund.

Important Notes

  • We cannot process returns or exchanges for size, fit, or color preferences—please double-check our size chart before ordering.

  • You do not need to ship the item back to us; we will handle the issue through replacement or refund.

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method after approval.
